Foreclosure Auction Service
Has anyone used a foreclosure auction service?
One was recommended to me by my title company. Here are the services they provide:
Daily list of foreclosure auctions
Drive reports and pictures
Title research - My title company does it and provides title insurance
They bid at auctions for me based on my maximum price
Their fee is $3000 per property I buy.
The reason I am interested is that some short sales never go through due to high BPOs and since I have walked the properties and typically have a buyer lined up, I have a good idea of what I should pay at auction and still make a profit. Turning what were dollar-less deals into a profit.
Any insights are appreciated.
Thanks
