@Charles CarilloThank you @Charles Carillo your advice is very valuable and appreciate it.I believe, I would start small, assuming that in the pat of learning, I will make some mistakes, hopping to make small ones, then from there of course, I would keep growing, and I don’t see why don’t just keep growing.But yes, Rental properties is what I visualize my self and my family investing in.

You'll still have to press start/stop, but I like to use the Stride app because then I can also export an Excel sheet at the end of the year to write off on my taxes for business purposes (if the driving is tax deductible for you, that is).It'll also show a map of your route that you can tap and zoom in on on the phone, but you can't visualize it on the computer through a web app.

Visual smoke/CO alarms (which also have audio signals) will appeal to many.

If you have a lead free, no inspection needed, a limited lead free (lead point only on the outside of the house) gets a visual inspection every two years. a "Lead Safe" certificate is required after every tenant turnover..

Also keep the “Visual” and number simple on the sign.

Don;t blame the VA's so fast.YOU need to do a how to write up a 3 year old shoul dbe able to follow,... note, I didn;t say "understand" I said "follow"This is a must do taks if you ever want to scale and hire.You write an elaborate clear visual how to guide on EVERY single thing there is to do in your business.

It may be a high quality car but the visual aesthetics may simply not be as appealing to some.  

But it's SUPER cool and has great amenities and is very visually appealing.
