Reonomy Alternate for off market multifamily deal sourcing.

Hi BP members I am currently looking to buy my first multifamily. I want to purchase the property off market in the Leon valley area in San Antonio (older builds with room for moderate restoration and value add). I wanted to use Reonomy for a bird's eye view of all multifamilies in the area, but after conducting some last min due diligence (for the commitment that I would be locked into for 12 months at $399/m) I found people (mainly realtor's) complaining about the site's inaccurate/outdated homeowner contact info. Which would not be very helpful, since I want to reach out to homeowners by cold calling.

Are there others sites that are better suited for my needs? Maybe Some realtor lead gen software (that allows me to search specific property details and area)?

Should I consider changing my strategy to maybe buying a list? (I suppose I might be kind of a sucker for the user friendly-ness of Reonomy Haha).

Sorry for the novel sized question,

Any feedback is much appreciated 🙂.
