Anyone renting rooms in Baltimore City?  How is it going?  How do you find tenants?  Are you using any programs?  Pros/Cons?  Do you collect weekly/monthly?  What do you cover?  Lots of questions.

Thanks @Jamal L. Is there a particular area in the city where the rooming home will do better.  Do you get the common areas cleaned?  No w/d or coin-operated?  I was thinking of converting a 3BR and putting a 4th in a room downstairs.  Do you provide any supplies common to the home (paper towels, TP, plates)?  There seems to be  a good demand for people looking for rooms.  Can you provide information on the programs.
