I would think that if this property was a good deal it would have been acquired already but stranger things have happened.

If it was the indoor coil, it would be even stranger that the circuit breaker tripped. 

@Mohamed Mahmoud The amount of hassle and potential conflict involved in 4 strangers sharing a bathroom would make the 3/2 the better option in my opinion. 

So it was 7 different times within a week and half I had people strangers all through my home with my belonging in it.

Through normal conversation with strangers I met a guy that flips home in my area.

I could have got $1000 a month on air bnb but prefered to have a friend rent the space below me instead of having strangers stay there.

For some reason, I thought they might be a bit on the defensive receiving a call from a stranger with knowledge of their name and house.

When else would you allow a complete stranger to come into your home or a home you're showing lol

I sure wouldn’t want random out of town strangers coming and going in my neighbors house . 

I've heard of tenants being squatters of newly transferred titles but not the previous owners immediately turning to squatters. though stranger things have happened. make sure that you don't get screwed out of too much more money. yikes.kudos,Mary
