In general, I would say that a yard is not that important to renters of apartments in urban/semi-urban areas.

I understand they need to earn a living, too, but wish they would get more than 1 bid or at least a breakdown of larger cap ex proposals after their semi-annual compliance inspections.  3 windows and 2 patio sliders have condensation.

I just hide the LTE modem and Arlo base somewhere secure.For permanent set ups I now typically use Ubiquiti cameras as they are semi-pro and have an excellent management and user interface.

Use semi-gloss paint on walls for easy cleanup.

If you use a higher end paint go with a semi gloss so it can be cleaned.

Hey John,We do an inspection 5-10 days after move-in to conduct repairs noted on the move-in condition form, then a semi-annual inspection until they move-out.
