They  learned that they have to play hardball and foreclose etc. as soon as possible. 80% of the time the sponsor somehow finds a solution once POL plays their hand.

I didn't realize my first post would be labeled as an introduction...it really wasn't.I joined to learn.

If you can write articles about terms that your potential clients are searching for, you're much more likely to come up in search engines.With any site, but especially a site in the real estate space, there's really no 'fire and forget' solution.

I don't know an easy solution to this.

How did you do it and balance home life, and was a property management company a good solution? 

Most importantly, as a business you have to clearly identify a problem people are facing and show them why you are their best solution.    

@Rick Wang so you actually hinted to the solution of my problem but I would like to clear a few things from your post. 

At this point, I would work for a QUICK solution, get as much as you can within reason, get them OUT, and start over.
