My first post was to ask someone who was new to investing in the Pittsburgh area two years ago how things are going. I didn't realize my first post would be labeled as an introduction...it really wasn't. I joined to learn. I have a friend in Virginia beach who has been very successful investing in real estate so it piqued my interest. I'm very interested in getting into rehabs.
