We are not keeping score in youth sports and we avoid awarding top achievers.

I wouldn't write off golf as a purely boomer sport.

Its kind of like sports...when you find out what sport you like to play then you start learning how to play. find out if youre a soccer player (multifamily investor) or a basketball player (Fix&Flip).

One thing I say is real estate is a contact sport.   

Obviously, you'd want to vet the person thoroughly and make sure they're someone you know, like, and trust and have similar goals, but I'm a big believer that real estate is a team sport!

What you are doing is like fantasy sports right now.
