Hi my name is Edward Peña I’m 19, from Queens,New York and currently serving Active Duty Military . I recently found myself on the BiggerPockets and podcast and after listening to just a few I was very intrigued and I definitely think this is an industry I can invest my money in. At the moment I am looking for connections and mentorship that will help me in formulating a plan for my future investing. Definitely still learning and learning the basics when it comes to Real Estate and just creating my Investment Business plan.

My suggestion is joining the Rookie FB group for starters and listening to the podcast. after while you will find out which strategies interest you. Its kind of like sports...when you find out what sport you like to play then you start learning how to play. find out if youre a soccer player (multifamily investor) or a basketball player (Fix&Flip).
