Hello BP,I am a vet, I used my VA to purchase a home as owner/occupant.I worked on the house until I met the time frame that I could sell it, and I did.I needed another deal to work on.I found a few, a couple of days after I had inquired about the properties, with an agent and a hard money lender, the properties were off the market.Ok, I snoozed, I lose.
