Hey there, 

I'm Cynthia and recently made the decision to invest in real estate. My goal is to create cash flow that will eventually allow me to quit my day job. I'd also like to secure a better nest egg for retirement. I may decide to go beyond that later but those are my initial goals.

I have very little experience (about 2 1/2 years since we bought our first primary residence) but my grandparents owned a few rental properties in the Bay Area - my grandmother's story is amazing inspiration!

I'm really excited to learn for a little bit before diving in but I am prone to analysis paralysis so I don't want to wait TOO long! Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
