@Kevin Hill  - That's true for evictions, yes, there is a mortorium until 2 months after NJ declares the COVID emergency over, but I don't believe there are any similar laws in NJ preventing entry into a unit to do an inspection.   

Anyway, like some of you pointed out, Trump alrady declared he is voting it down.

I'd love to hear some great comeback stories from those who've lost jobs, declared bankruptcy, lost their investments etc. and found a way to build themselves back into a success.
