I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

There are certainly exceptions, and those individuals are worth their weight in gold.

When top agents have 10 to 20 files go at any one time a TC is worth their weight in gold..

Picking one, sticking to it, evaluating and reevaluating your results then tweaking and repeating until gold.

Agent is doing a very poor job if they are allowing their seller to take an offer for 20k less than you can sell It for.an agent with MLS cast a wider net and has a much easier time than selling  property than a wholesaler.. at least as it relates to just fix and flip properties.there are instances were an Agent and a Seller might not realize hidden value that a sharp investor will know.. this is how we make our money.. mining for gold.. 

Well, you can liquidate and invest in Real Estate syndications, start up businesses or established businesses, hard money (still semi-active), NNN lease properties or put your money into stocks, bonds, mutual funds and gold.
