Once I learned how to pull the lists myself, it was WAY easier to get a paid subscription (which frankly doesn't have to be very expensive) and handle this part of it in-house.If you need a walk-through on how to do this (or some recommendations on good title companies in Grand Rapids), let me know.

You will receive $40 credit towards your enrollment if you sign up for their services. 3.www.myfico.com (you can order all 3 reports and FICO scores one time for $59.85 or a monthly subscription of $29.95 which will give you an updated credit report every 3 months)4.www.annualcreditreport.com (you can order your free credit reports once every 12 months keeping in mind this does NOT come with your FICO credit scores)Keep in mind, there are many third party consumer sites out there that offer your "credit score" which has no direct ties to actual credit/loan approval as it an internal scoring system that is made up and only used by them.

., e-renter, rentprep and more- Dozens of platforms, listed here, allow you to post your rental listings online for a range of fees depending on subscription length, account type, and features requested- Run comps using 3rd party sites to see what recent rental apartments have rented for (not to be confused with active rental listings), & price your rental unit accordingly- Lastly, hire a professional photographer or cash in a favor from a friend with a good camera!

I found the free content through Prep Agent Youtube videos and they have a podcast also to be helpful.I also got a subscription to real estate exam scholar for $29.
