Welcome to BiggerPockets! There are some great REI groups in the Tampa area. I would suggest checking out TBREIA and SREIA in Tampa. TBREIA even has a sub-group meeting out in Brandon every month. There are others in the area that you might be interested in too, so I'd suggest checking out meetup.com and search for REIAs in the area.

I'm also in the Tampa market so feel free to reach out!
