In summary, I identified what really energizes me and then took the time required to go back to a mostly blank sheet of paper to redefine my objectives and strategies.

Don't spend so much time getting even with the realtor/seller that it gets in the way of your objective as a real estate investor.

I would love some objective outside opinion here.
