Retirement ??? Did not work out for me!! I picked the wrong time to retire, just when everything went BUST. I am going to be actively looking for lenders, investors and backers to help me get going again. I am currently listing and selling land and farms in the area, they seem to be the only real estate actively moving right now.

With 20 + years as a Broker, I am confident that I'll be full steam ahead very soon. We all need help along the way, Before I retired I had plenty of help from others, when I first started my real estate business and all along the way, even after I retired. I'd like to think that I have helped others as well.

It looks like from what I have seen lately, that rental property is where the money is today. Hopefully, with help from others I'll be landing some multifamily properties soon.

Looking forward to meeting some of you along the way. My door is always open.
