SEO can be a hefty upfront cost for someone like me who is starting out, but the leads that are generated from the marketing will pay for the cost of the marketing ten fold.

The more information the more reach for SEO.

PPC and SEO is my method.  

I also went with Investor Carrot and have been watching the training module videos to help with the SEO for on page and off page.  

IE direct mail , SEO  networking  Door hangers ( which is what my dad did in the 60's)  driving for dollars , Bandit signs. 

Theres a guy on here that does SEO for ream estate investors.

I am just learning about SEO and all that stuff.. and how powerful BP is on Google.. kind of like the 50,000 watt AM stations of old.. ( need to be old to understand that one LOL).. so what you also see on this site.. is folks that make tons of posts but most are just cut and paste and or welcoming.. it gives them a ton of post ( which some on this site take as experience and knowledge because of all the posts )  but you then see very few votes.. 

Lots of poor quality leads to shift through.SEO, well SEO is just perfect.

Figure out what it's going to cost you to run your business (electronics, licenses, cleaning supplies), get to know how SEO works on Airbnb/VRBO, figure out best practices for cleaning & turnover, figure out how you're going to do linens, ...
