The Best Way to Find Comps Nationwide is Biggerpockets.com

1.  Sign up and fill out all of your profile info on Biggerpockets

2.  Find an agent or broker in the area you are doing business in by doing a search

3. Consider upgrading to pro membership for more options

4. Give the agent or broker your dead leads that don't fit in your criteria

5. Ask them to become an assistant and get MLS access to run your own comps. If not, then at least ask them to run comps on deals you have under contract. Start networking with 1 another.

That's it! This is by far 1 of the best ways I have found to get MLS comps Nationwide

@Darnell Griggs

Its easier to me than postcards or yellow letters.   PPC and SEO is my method.   I get 5 to 8 Seller leads a day.   It took time and a learning curve to understand PPC but when you get it down it's like reverse engineering.   The sellers contact you instead of you contacting them.   I focus on the entire USA.    Its amazing to me  the number of 5 to 10k homes i come across that have an actual value of 50 to 80k.   Many are not in distress.  Some are tired of owning.  Some are getting up in age.  Others are tired of paying property taxes etc...

I stared with local marketing which was great.( yellow letters, bandit signs, postcards, etc)  These methods still work great and are very effective.
