You ever watch the Youtube guy Investor Army?

I’m Jordyn and last spring I commissioned as an officer in the Army.

I, myself am going into the army on june 13th.

Ive been in the army for 14 years now (joined right after high school, I’m currently 32 years old).

Long story short, I bought a home that I loved (built in 2000) and in a great area to live in, so I paid a little over value $171,500 using VA loan at 3.5% Things changed and I moved and decided I’ll rent it out, (it’s near a large Army base) I do make a very small amount of cash flow on it for now but that’s because I have the current tenant in at a deal.

I recently retired from the Army and moved to the Northern Virginia area.

I am veteran of the United States Army.

We personally like Midtown and just west of Arcadia Lite and south of Biltmore but not going south beyond Thomas Road (Indian School Rd and 30th to 38th St rough center point)--just our sense of the time it would take to develop that area would be longer than I'd like to eventually be in a good neighborhood.What I've found in looking at these garden style or at most 2-level smaller units are that quite a few are being repositioned for turnkey propositions (which is what we are looking for). 

I was active duty Army from 2007-2010.With a simple VA loan you should be able to buy a home with no money down.

Haha, I have basically been playing with the Army the past 6 years so I get along pretty well with most.
