Hello all!

First off thank you everyone for being so supportive and willing to help out us newer investors by sharing your knowledge and experience. It's just incredible the resources you all provide!

I'm a recently transitioned Navy veteran of about 10 years, and looking to do some real estate investing to replace my daily 9-5. I turned my first home into a rental before I knew anything about real estate investing and it has worked out well so far. I am interested in using the wholesaling strategy to build up some capital to put into income properties. I've read quite a bit that Fayetteville is a great market to cash flow in with plenty of "inevitable" opportunity.

So, my immediate goals are to start networking and build out my power team to include as many resources as possible. Also, I have heard quite a bit about the BRRRR strategy being an option as well so I won't rule any option out.

Thank you everyone and I look forward to working with many of you in the very near future!

Kainen
