Lenders like more vanilla type boxes so that if the space goes dark it can easily be re-adapted to many types of retail tenants at a smaller to more moderate cost.Another tenant that is hard to repurpose is a Sonic restaurant.

While my investors benefit from my travel without incurring the cost of traveling themselves, I'm sharing as much information as possible here so that pretty much anyone can benefit without having to pay for travel costs just to uncover that a location you were interested in isn't actually a good one.The timing aspect is a little annoying.

A buyer doesn't have to sue you, they will simply go make application for their take out loan to pay off the investor and the deal is then disclosed and uncovered by any lender.

If you need to get a permit to do this work walk it with an inspector in advance so they are aware of the soon to be problem.To put it more blunt, stop being so nice and worrying about other peoples problems.
