You would have to amend the LLC operating agreement, etc.You just need a good, clear JV agreement between the parties and then proceed.

They want to inspect homes which is against the 4th amendment to me, as they don't inspect normal resales.

The city just posted a new amendment to the rent control oridenance the city is currently evaluating.

Now, the borrower is asking to amend the plan to 10 suspend payments and spreading them out to the 3.5 years of payment plans that remain.

I can amend those statements if I need to before they go out and it only take about a minute of my time to do so. 

@Jason TorresIt seems the original post is about 8 months old now, but I have made a career out of processing Rezonings and General Plan Amendments.

I wouldn't recommend amending prior tax returns, namely because the tax implications will be unchanged.

I would pay the 8 - 10% for a property manager and review/amend the lease or put them on a new lease. 

He helped me complete an amended tax return for 2012, and lots of paperwork.
