Generally what I have read says set up Wyoming LLC then individual state LLCs under the Wyoming LLC for each state I invest in (to keep anonymity).

Well if he has threatened to burn the house down and there is a witness to that then maybe all you need to do is place an anonymous call to the police department and tell them the address and the owners name and number.
