Buying Smaller Properties First
If I wanted to start out buying cheaper properties around $50-$60k and putting them on section 8, will buying them through an LLC keep my DTI ratio from being affected? Will this have an impact when I want to go and buy a primary residence as a first time home owner with a 3.5% down FHA loan?
