Here's what's funny, for me anyway -  the bank's investment rep will call me or my gym buddy will call or contact me via linked-in or whatever. 

You can also focus on networking with local real estate investors, by meeting them face to face at in real life webinars or just join local Facebook groups or connecting with people at LinkedIn. 

I've been trawling across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn but it seems wholesale jobs are few and far between.

The first few years were about learning, but for me now, it's more about finding an interesting thread and following the discussion and once in a while, trying to make an interesting contribution.I do LinkedIn as well, but definitely not FB...though LinkedIn is slowly starting to feel like FB.I think one of the interesting dynamics that occurs when folks first starting getting hooked on this site (and this site is very addicting!)

Some contacts we made on LimkedIn have resulted in $10 million in deals, or more.So, there are basically two ways to work LinkedIn.  

I've seen how tagging people on LinkedIn can be an effective strategy so you may find success with that.
