Tips on Finding an AirBNB Cohost? (CDA, Idaho)

Loving the idea of a local co-host for 5-10% that can manage cleanings, turnovers and maintenance for my new STR. I'm a marketer & don't need help getting bookings, which is what I'm finding most full property management companies keep touting as their main benefit, and why they charge 25-30% of your gross income.

Any tips on how to find a qualified co-host? AirBNB site is zero help.

Thank you!

Kelly

I'd require them to at least be insured in case they did something get you sued.

A PM should be licensed and insured so your taking a risk with a Co-host that isn't licensed and insured.
