I hate alarm clocks.

The beauty of stealing crypto is that it is hard to trace the owner, which is the thief in this case. 

I am going to be renting the apartment I've been living in shortly, and I installed both indoor and outdoor cameras, as well as the Ring Home Security alarm system on doors and windows.I am looking to keep the security in-tact and use it as a selling point for the rental.

I had a tenant in my apartment building call the fire department a few weeks ago because she thought she heard an alarm sound.

Unfortunately the second time the bums figure out that if you unplug the base station it shuts off the whole system, but that was after a few minutes of ear-piercing alarm and dispatching the police, so I'd say that's not too bad.Ultimately I think the system is as effective as any other alarm system at deterring turds, but without the same gimmicks as others use.  

This is alarmingly short, especially considering all the homes that don't sell and aren't priced correctly are also factored in.

Inspection is more structural, like did you, Connor, provide windows that open and close, fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, etc. 

The seller claims that we are in breach of contract and that we must buy the house or they will sue us for "specific performance".Obviously, we are highly alarmed by this threat and have no interest in pursuing this deal any further. 

Or would that set off irs alarm bells?

I'd get an attorney to draft you up something to protect yourself.You might want to install a pool alarm if your tenants have small kids.
