They have cameras at every entrance and in the garage and basement.

I personally wouldn't invest in a property that requires security cameras despite sitting on main street.

I sent him an email first thing yesterday morning saying zero tolerance for the pet policy which is in the lease.My security camera shows as of midnight someone taking the dog out to go to the bathroom and then walking back in the unit. 

The door camera pictures convinced his accountant :)

IssueLast week, our Ring camera picked up Z bringing 3 strangers on our property.

Looking for some advice on selecting inexpensive security cameras for our small self-storage locations (from 45 units up to 130 units).

You could be showing a house and the Sellers can listen to you via a laptop, a security camera, their Alexa, or other spy devices. 

The problem was the inspector thought they saw a broken line on the camera… if you haven’t had a sewer issue with a house it’s pretty much a $15k repair if not more 😳🤯 While we were sorting out the sewer repairs our buyer had a standard inspection for their information only.

It also works with a 360 camera so it's very easy to document a rental quickly.
