I’ve been learning how to do different reno projects from watching and assisting in work being done in my parents house, watching shows on tv to learn some tips, shopping online for materials and learning the costs to get them done and installed, I have created a few extremely detailed budgets to familiarize myself with costs, I’ve studied a few areas I’m interested in and have been following their markets for years, and reading articles on different aspects of the business.

Possible ROI to open up a large master suite upstairs while still having 4 beds, or open up living wall downstairs to a open study.- Possibly add large deck on downstairs although it does not have access to living area, only bedrooms in back.

They also spend 4 years in college studying for skills in particular careers that they could be trained in under 2 years or less. 

I think once I transition into the transaction side, I'll accelerate my studies and understanding of real estate.Thanks again for the tips!

I am currently 19 years old in my second year of university studying Finance with the interest of pursuing real estate investing and financial freedom. 

I've been studying it and reading books non-stop for about the past 6-8 months and I can't wait to get started.

The course and materials to get license is going to run me about $4-500 and about 12 hours of study and testing.

I am a 20 year old aspiring real estate investor and I am currently a sophomore in college studying accounting.
