Windsor, Ontario University Rentals

The University of Windsor is quickly becoming a hotbed for international students.  Canada's welcoming immigration policy, highly-rated education system, and our government support system provide the perfect setup to entice international students.

India is quickly becoming what I like to call "the new China", with a rapidly developing economy, many Indian nationals are realizing wealth for the first time.  Often times, families use this wealth to allow their children to seek better opportunities internationally in places like Canada.

I've attached a link below to an article outlining the University of Windsor's plan to attract even more students from India; keep in mind, they are already a huge part of our university population.

I think we will slowly see rents rise in core university rental areas as demand continues to outstrip supply

Thanks for sharing, Scott! There is definitely a shortage of supply of good quality student rentals in Windsor! And it's a great opportunity to get into student rentals near the new downtown campus before everyone else catches on!
