Casco bay has some beautiful spots.  

well living in Washington is great.. beautiful place. however there is an aggressive push to implement rent controls and there is a new law in Seattle to force landlords to accept the first applicant for an apartment.

So at the moment, they seem to be using it more like a big SFR.

I saw that what they do works, but I don't believe I have enough cash at the moment for their strategy.

I have one rental and I'm in contract for 3 more units at the moment. 

Barrie is one of my favourite markets at the moment. 

I think she should have called us the moment she got the call and told us as well as tried to work this out with the selling agent.  

Flipping is more exciting and rewarding for me because I have a chance to create something beautiful from something ugly each time.
