Newbie flipper from Maryland

Hi BP Community,

My name is Yi. I'm a newbie house flipper from Maryland. I learned about BP a few month ago from a friend and have really enjoyed the great content on here. I'm also a BP podcast listener.

I started dabbling in real estate investing in 2011, when I bought two single houses in College Park, MD and rented it to college students (I was a student myself so I knew the area). In Dec of 2015 I decided to become a flipper : ).

In Dec, I renovated one of the two houses and sold it. I'm currently renovating the other. I also purchased two more in PG that are also being renovated as we speak. All three are scheduled to finish within the next couple of weeks (hopefully). Even though I've made a lot of mistakes, I've learned a lot. After I sell these, I'll be ready to buy a couple more.

Would also love to network with wholesalers and contractors who knows PG county and DC. Looking forward to meeting new friends on here!
