Hello all,My wife and I are looking to sell our single family home and move to the Tacoma / Puyallup area in the next few months. We had planned on getting a small multi family home and househacking the other units but have found it difficult to find good small multi in the area and are now considering just getting a SFH for the initial move, fixing it up, and renting it out in a few years. My question is, based on your experience with this particular market, is this a good decision based on the climate of real estate in the area at the moment, or are some folks still seeing success at the small multi level, that could allow for house hacking to work?
