Eviction Process in Baltimore County

Hi Everyone:

We have a tenant that's been renting our property for 3 months. Rent was paid on time the 1st month; 4 days late the 2nd month and 13 days late this month. The trend is getting worse by the month and so we want to move ahead with eviction. This will be our 1st eviction and so can anyone share experiences, resources, info about the eviction process in Baltimore County?
