So I have been trying to absorb all information I can get my hands on in reference to wholesaling properties in order to get at least a small amount of capital to work with.I only recently stumbled on to this web site and have so far been amazed at the amount of information and the willingness in which it's given.

I use thunderbird to integrate all my email accounts except those web emails.

I forgot to mention that the reason I wholesale virtually is because my web marketing has been really successful in other states.

@Ryan Watson, I agree with @Robert Leonard , you should deferentially educate yourself before investing using your retirement funds, there is plenty of info here on BP forum as well as out-there on the web.

My day job is software engineering where I build iPhone, iPad apps and web apps.

BP is the most amazing source for information and even networking that I have found on the web.

After spending hours listening to podcasts and reading through the web site, your never done ha!

I know that the commercial sites don't generally allow you to resell their data, but I generate my own data from public sources (eg: government web-sites).I use the data personally to assess the market, generate trends/leads, etc, but I was thinking the other day that other people might be interested in the data.Thanks!
