Newbie from Marysville WA just north of Seattle.
Hello, let me jump right in and introduce myself. I am very new to the area of intentional real estate investing. I am trying to absorb as much as I can here at BP and reading a lot. I am also spending time on Zillow getting to know the area.
So far I am a little overwhelmed with it all, but am starting to get it figured out. whitle it seems that most people who start are looking to wholesale, I am not sure that is where I would like to spend my time and energy. any suggestions on how to get started with limited cash. I have been looking at a Master Lease options, mobile homes or partnering. Also if there are any RE Agents out in Washington would you recommend getting a licence and if so does it need to be active?
Thanks all for replies, I am just figuring out where to start.
