Waste of time for an agent to anything more than put you on their Top Producer daily e mails .Which if you don't know what top producer e mails are you should start there .. most agents will do this for you over the phone.. it will give you an e mail each morning of new listings that meet your criterion.

It about in line with what I see around my town.The majority of Realtors do not own investment property (2/3) but a decent chunk of them do (1/3)I speak with other agents daily and many of these other agents own at least a few.

Whichever tactic you use, make sure to do it daily as it may take 100 emails to get 1 person who may just speak to you about listing.Also continue marketing to your SOI (sphere of influence) so that whenever they think of real estate they think of you and hopefully refer you to others.
