Sorry Ryan, I thought the bottom part of your post was made by the OP, apologies to both of you actually.What was meant was that the rip off wholesalers will often state how the deal as a win-win, with integrity, fairness, having a good reputation.......actually such claims are delusional as a justification and cover up of predatory acts and attitudes.

The biggest gripe I have with the payment service they have integrated into their software, Forte, is that it is slow; it takes about 8 - 9 days before rent paid on the first of the month finally reaches my business checking account.Buildium is another PM software that automates rent collection, and it comes highly recommended by a number of other landlords at the REIA that I belong to.

His reply "we noticed water coming out of the medicine cabinet yesterday, was going to call you, but forgot".I got service contracts, 24/7 for the heating and not water systems and gave tenants the phone numbers to call in the event of emergencies.
