Property Management Suggestions

I'm a seasoned investor new to the chicago area and I'm looking to pick up some units on the south side and west side of the city. I usually prefer to reposition properties so my areas of interest are either transitioning or blue-collar.  My model has been successful but it only works with a good property management company with the technical know-how and a management style that can match the area. Anybody know of any good property management companies that have integrity and are professional please feel free to share! I'd also like to hear about the really bad ones so I can steer clear!
