Rough Start

Hi Friends,

I started researching and learning about REI a short while ago. I guess I assumed it would be easier getting started than it's been. I found myself feeling really discouraged because I haven't been able to close any deals. I was ready to give up a couple weeks ago but I have this strong sense that things are going turn really soon. I just have to keep at it.

I hope this encourages someone else to keep going even when it seems like there's no point!

Stay tuned,

Tracy

Tracy prepare yourself that things are hard. If you create an ideal world that everything is easy then it sets you up for constant disappointment.

Success is tough but oh so sweet when you find it. Quitting is easy which is why so many do it. It requires nothing for people to do it.

I remember when I thought a 3,000 check was good over a decade ago , then I took a picture at 30,000, then I made 100,000, then 160,000, then 210,000 in one shot.

Find someone local that is actively closing deals and see the missing pieces for your business. If they are actively closing and you are not then there are likely some holes in your business operations. I constantly watch what others are doing and see if I can integrate something here and there. It's that constant refinement of your business that makes you excellent instead of average. When your excellent people seek you out to do business instead of having to sell yourself to people to connect.

Hope it helps some.
