Since I am good with computers and technology in general I decided to get a job as a software engineer so far I enjoy programming since I get excited by solving complicated puzzles in unique ways. 

When you have his piece of the puzzle it will make it easier to figure out what you need to do.

The instruction to put the real estate puzzle together are in the text books, otherwise you're just being shown pieces and many of those pieces don't fit. 

It puzzles me why anyone would do it when they could negotiate at least 10-15% down......so, yes, you can get a deal if you submit a good clean offer.

He looked at me puzzled and said, "That's a good question."

Sounds like if you have the deal, which these days is one of the hardest parts of the puzzle, you can figure out a way.

These companies really didn't create any new earth-shattering technologies, but rather just combined some pieces of the puzzle for the markets they serve.

Being new to the US, I'm still learning about the broader pieces of the investment puzzle like Trusts, LLC's etc etc that are frequently suggested - apologies if this is a daft question!

Once you get that you have one piece of the puzzle you can leverage to make the rest work.
