You can't acquire anything in Midtown, Grant Park, or East Atlanta Village for under $500k, let alone $300k-$350k.

Creekshire Village also adopted this measure and now will only allow investors to have 1 rental property in the community.  

It’s right in the center of our village and only about 3/4 miles from both our work locations.

If you could find a way to create a tiny "village" - maybe an upscale, green RV park as far as ordinances go - but location would have to be prime - biking distance to downtown Boulder?

Having control of all aspects of esthetics down to where, when and how the homes are set will give your tiny village a more solid, planned appearance and comfortable layout.Oregon offers many opportunities that are not widely advertised.

It looks like there are about 1,200 listings in the "Village of Four Seasons" section near the Bagnell Dam.The entire area rates really low for seasonality, so you may consider how much a week in the summer will actually cost you if that's your "break-even" time.Happy to give you more data if you're eyeing a specific property or ZIP code.

A similar neighboorhood on the West side of the city Edmaondson Village or Rognel Hights.

Additionally the south side of columbus (southern orchards, merion village, olde towne east, franklin park) all have great macro stats, and density due to its proximity to the urban core in columbus.
