You get 5TB of data, use it for your CRM, and then share amongst your outside vendors (i.e) VA, photographers, partners, etc.

I am a Army Veteran with a 1 year deployment and currently still serving in the Army National Guard (8 years of service) and as a full time real estate agent.

I too am a Marine veteran and real estate investor.

I think these photograph well, but ultimately will lead to an underwhelming experience for many guests who underestimate the work involved.  

Notice per law was posted on his door 7 days ago and it was photographed on his door after knocking per law. 

I also avoid contractors who have dedicated sales people who drive logo wrap vehicles.I tend to support diversity where contractors who were born outside of the United States or were Veterans in the Armed Forces have worked out best for us.What are your best practices for choosing contractors?

I'd personally talk to some contractors, and local real estate agents, and do some more connecting on here to get some more opinions from more seasoned veterans. 

My suggestion is to take all this amazing advice and hire a professional photographer to really showcase the property.
