Back in 2000, same thing when i was working for a tech company in Silicon Valley, you were a fool if you are putting your money in tech stocks as everyone was making money.Gold and Silver has been rising for 11 years now. 2001 Prices were at $280 for gold and $3-4 for silver.

It is a temporary resting place for them to stay so of course many are not going to care about making it sparkle and fixing issues.They look at you the "rich evil landlord" as getting enough money from them already so they justify living like animals in their minds.I have seen before broken windows where they took cheap plexi glass and put silicone to keep it in place.

Once you get the foam in it, use some wood or metal to close the opening permently. 3) Use silicon caulk to seal up any small opening on siding and and vents, they can get in very small cracks.
