Hi Everyone,

I'm very new to real estate investment but have been looking into it on and off for the last few years. I feel like I have finally saved up enough money to start venturing into it.

I've started writing my business plan and looking into properties. I'm also trying to get hooked into local investor groups but I've run into the opposite problem from what I expected - there's too many groups here! Still, I'm plugging away and reading the forums here to learn as much as I can.

Regards,

Sachin.
