I am new to real estate investing and excited and eager to start taking action. I own one condo and have a healthy cash flow on this property. Just signed up for a rich dad 3 day seminar and am reading non stop while I am not working. My goal is to double my income from my full time cooking job within 1 year or less and then do real estate investing full time:-) .
