Its REALLY nice to have a 2nd heat source when the main heat source has trouble because sometimes it can take a few days to resolve and with backup heat it is never an emergency!

Trying to identify where the problem lies and what needs to be changed in order to resolve. 

It is much easier to have the discussions when a decision is not required to be made and figure out how to resolve them now compared to when the time comes.
