They say on their postcard that they charge 35 cents per post card or 45 cents per letter, which is much cheaper than the bigger companies.

Working in West Los Angeles.Im pursuing expired listings by calling owners, using a very soft approach, well as you know they are sick of getting hundreds of calls, or they say that they will sell with a good offer but will not list with an agent.I also send out letters and postcards with no success.

@Nicole Heasley Maybe craft a very honest message on your postcard that gets the "I'm going to be upfront with you, and I'm not a scammer" conversation out of the way.

I want to upload the say, excel list, or add them to a database with a date entered, and link up to some type of direct mail house that knows that:- Each uploaded list will go through a series of 6 different postcards/letters.

As well if you prefer postcards, flyers, door hangers etc. and why.

Usually skip tracing costs $.15 for phones and emails and is a great way to beat folks just mailing postcards to them.  

We’ve done the mass postcard thing, cold calling, now we’re getting more personal leaving written notes on doors.
